The 1-9/16″ Spine Shank Rotary Hammer – model DH38YE3. Compared to its predecessor that DH38YE2, the DH38YE3’s power is packed into a more ergonomic body that is lighter and delivers less vibration. A simple turn of the knob changes the mode from hammer drilling to hammer only mode, allowing the DH38YE3 to take on a variety of tasks including drilling holes in concrete, demolishing, and chiseling concrete, cutting, digging, tamping or driving ground rods.

The 10 amp, 1,140 watt motor produces 6.3 ft-lb of impact energy and delivers fast drilling and chiseling. A 360 side handle and large trigger switch offer more control with less fatigue. With 23% more drilling speed and 46% more demolition performance you can get the job done even faster!
